Ms. Downing has a Master's Degree in Counseling Psychology and 23 years experience working in residential treatment for youth with emotional, behavioral and mental challenges. For the past 10 years, she has served as the Chief Executive Officer for residential treatment programs in the states of Georgia, Alabama and Florida.

Mrs. Clark has owned and operated several businesses. She has served as Administrator of Child Care facilities and has 10 years of experience in residential treatment programs for youth with emotional, behavioral and mental challenges.
