Equestrian & Pet Therapy Programs

Each day the girls will take part in the routine of caring for the animals that live on our mountainous 25 acres.

Daily farm-type chores to help care for horses, ponies, llamas, miniature pigs & goats, dogs, cats & bunnies, to name of few

Caring for the animals help teach responsibility; respect for others and self-esteem

Pet therapy helps the girls learn a feeling of nurturing and an understanding of helping others

Animals are often used to help girls who have experienced sexual / physical trauma to begin to care and to bond again

***The therapeutic value these animals provide our girls cannot be emphasized enough***
